Hi Folks!
I hope all my blog family are enjoying a super new year and that it continues to be a wonderful year for everyone.
Maureen, I've been thinking of you at work over the past two days, and hope it hasn't been too hectic. I hope too that you are able to have some time off to enjoy with your family and friends.
Inga, you have now joined us in 2009. Welcome !!! May you have polite and considerate customers all year, and that your business is not affected adversely by the failing financial market.
May I introduce you to Holly, my sister's dog, who searches my bags everytime I arrive at their house looking for Christmas presents. Last Christmas my sister greeted me with, 'I hope you've brought something for Holly 'cause we forgot to get her anything, and she's going crazy looking for her present!' I had bought her a stocking filled with goodies, so she got her gift before the family got their's! Carolyn remembered this year, but Holly still had her eye on my bags.
Talking about eyes, poor Holly has had an eye infection, so her eyes look a bit out of sorts, but she doesn't seem troubled by it. They still looked watery today when I saw her, when she was trying to get her nose into a box of Christmas crackers I'd taken.
