Murphy & Dora are the mini mascots of Radio Newcastle's 'Nightshift' who enjoy sending postcards from their travels to radio presenter, Ian Robinson. murphyanddorastravels.blogspot.com has become a sister blog to Ian's own blog, truckshunters.blogspot.com. Please note that neither blog is associated with the BBC. They are purely social network blogs for like-minded folk. We welcome new friends into our network to read and use both blogs.

Dora,
Who's this Rocky fella?
Luv Murphy xx
Darling Murphy,
Handsome isn't he? I love a man in uniform!
Don't you remember he was that dashing, super-hero who rescued you from the sea after your kite blew off course and you landed in the waves?
Luv and kisses, Dora xxxx
Wow! I know what you mean Dora, he could rescue me anyday. Although I know you would never look at any other man but Murphy, he is a welcome distraction ...
It's lovely to see all of your pictures, did you take any when you were in Holland?
Good morning Maureen,
I'm not speaking to Murphy this morning. Have you seen the photo he's just posted, 'Bosom buddies'?
He's just being petty because of Rocky. Well Rocky and I have a lot in common. We've got yellow legs. His are green! Green with jealousy if you ask me!
I think our friends took some photos of us in Holland. I'll ask Murphy to post them when we get copies, that is when I'm speaking to him again.
Luv Dora xx
